By formalising a methodology to more accurately value all dimensions of financial, social and environmental impact through TBL-CBA, they have helped owners on over $50 billion worth of projects justify a higher standard of building and infrastructure design and move beyond simple „feels right“ motivations alone. With Autocase, they have taken one step further. Autocase democratises TBL-CBA by converting a complex analysis into an affordable and easy to use cloud-based software.
